BNA Assurances: stock market listing

On 24 June 2025, the Board of Directors of the Tunis Stock Exchange (BVMT) granted BNA Assurances in-principal approval for its initial public offering.

Yet, the finalization of the transaction remains subject to the approval of the Financial Market Council (CMF).

As a reminder, the Tunisian insurer, formerly known as AMI Assurances, applied for admission and listing on the BVMT at the end of 2024.
