BH Assurance: 2020’s net result and dividend distribution

The Ordinary General Meeting of BH Assurance will be held online on 8 April 2021. The Board of Directors will propose the distribution of a 1 TND (0.361 USD) dividend per share for the year 2020 to the shareholders.

The Tunisian insurer ended 2020 with an increase of 1.6%. in the net result that was set at 9.66 million TND (3.5 million USD), compared to 9.5 million TND (3.4 million USD) in 2019.
