AXA: shareholders' meeting resolutions

The AXA Group's Annual General Meeting was held on 24 April 2024. On this occasion, the company's shareholders approved all the resolutions proposed by the Board of Directors.

The resolutions adopted included:

• the payment of a 1.98 EUR (2.1 USD) dividend per share for the fiscal year 2023
• the reappointment of Antoine Gosset-Grainville as Chairman of the Board of Directors for a four-year term.
• the reappointment of Angelien Kemna and Marie-France Tschudin as Directors for a three-year term.
• the appointment of Helen Browne as Director for a four-year term.
