Axa enhances its presence in Africa

The group Axa is in partnership with Africa Internet Group (AIG), the leader of e-commerce in Africa. Based on the terms of this agreement, Axa shall become the sole supplier of insurance products not only on the platform Jumia, but also on the other online platforms or on AIG’s mobile telephony. The French group will be developing tailor-made insurance plans for all AIG customers.

Axa shall, in return, benefit from all the aids set up by the group specialized in communication: service ecosystems, small announcements and marketplaces. The   European insurer will also enter AIG’s capital.
