Astree: dividend distribution

Astree's Annual General Meeting was held on 21 June 2024.

The adopted resolutions included the distribution of a dividend of 2.2 TND (0.7 USD) per share for the financial year 2023, payable on 1 July 2024.

As a reminder, the Tunisian insurer ended the year with a net profit of 22.7 million TND (7.2 million USD).
