ASTREE: 2025 results

ASTREE closed the 2025 financial year with turnover of 278.7 million TND (95.7 million USD), representing a year-on-year increase of 9%.

The Tunisian insurer reported a net profit of 34.8 million TND (12 million USD) for 2025, up 19.95% compared with the previous financial year.

At its Annual General Meeting held on 9 June 2026, shareholders approved the distribution of a dividend of 3 TND (1.03 USD) per share for the 2025 financial year.
