Assurances Salim, a subsidiary of the Banque de l'Habitat, has just released its 2014 results.
The net profit of the company is experiencing strong growth; it goes from 3.670 million TND (2.239 million USD) in 2013 to 5.417 million TND (2.914 million USD) in 2014, that is an increase of 47.6%.
The written premiums totaled 50.125 million TND (26.973 million USD), an increase of 16.28% compared to 2013. Life insurance accounts for 40.5% of the total underwritings.
After appropriation of the result, shareholders’ equity increased from 36 099 353 TND (22 031 435 USD) in 2013 to 39 252 343 TND (21 224 471 USD) in 2014.
