Assurances Maghrebia: Capital Increase

The shareholders of Assurances Maghrebia approved, at an extraordinary general meeting, the capital increase of the company. The latter will rise from 45 million TND (15.4 million USD) to 55 million TND (18.8 million USD).

The transaction will be carried out through incorporation of facultative reserves amounting to 10 million TND (3.4 million USD). It will result in the issuance of 1 000 000 new shares,  each worth 10 TND (3.4 USD).
