Assurances Hayett: 2021 net result and dividend distribution

Assurances Hayett, the life insurance and capitalization subsidiary of COMAR will be holding its ordinary general meeting on 25 April 2022 in Tunis. On this occasion, the company's board of directors will propose the distribution of a dividend amounting to 4 million TND (1.4 million USD) for the financial year 2021.

The Tunisian insurer has posted a net profit of 7.7 million TND (2.7 million USD) in 2021, increasing by 20.3% compared to the 6.4 million TND (2.4 million USD) recorded in 2020.
