ASCANA becomes Sukoon Takaful

Arabian Scandinavian Insurance Company (ASCANA) has been rebranded Sukoon Takaful.

The rebranding follows the acquisition by Sukoon Insurance, formerly Oman Insurance Company, of a majority stake in Sukoon Takaful. This transaction was finalized in May 2023.

Sukoon Takaful offers life and non-life insurance products that comply with the principles of Sharia (Islamic law).
