Amynta Group acquires Crum & Forster's credit insurance activities

Amynta Group, an American insurance services provider, has acquired the credit insurance business of Crum & Forster (C&F), a subsidiary of the Canadian group Fairfax Financial Holdings.

This transaction gives Amynta a stronger presence in the credit insurance market.

The acquired entity underwrites and manages several products, including mortgage credit and alternative credit risk solutions.
