AM Best confirms Arabia Insurance's rating

AM Best has confirmed the “B+” (good) financial strength and “bbb-” long-term credit ratings of Arabia Insurance Company (Lebanon). The outlook is stable.

The rating recognizes the company's strong balance sheet, adequate operating performance, neutral business profile and appropriate enterprise risk management.

The agency also based its rating on Arabia Insurance's diversified operations across the Middle East. The insurer is present in eight markets in the region, namely Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Jordan, the United Arab Emirates, Oman and Bahrain.
