German insurer Allianz has expressed its desire to purchase the 24% share held by Abu Dhabi Investment Council in ADNIC (Abu Dhabi National Insurance Company).
The third UAE insurer has been estimated at 377 million USD. The transaction is set to amount approximately 90 million USD.
