Allianz Maroc receives NM ISO 9001 - 2015 certification

The Institut Marocain de Normalisation (IMANOR) has granted Allianz Maroc the “NM ISO 9001-2015” certificate for its motor material damage claims management.

This recognition came following the implementation of a dynamic new management system.

As a reminder, the company has developed “Allianz 7dak”, a claims management platform for road traffic accidents. Allianz Maroc also launched a platform for handling glass breakage claims.

These initiatives are designed to ensure rapid processing and improve customer satisfaction.
