Allianz acquired the shares of its Egyptian associates

Allianz Group has bought out the shares of its former Egyptian partner, Arab International Group in the capital of Arab International Insurance Company and in that of Arab International Life Insurance Company. The new names given to the new companies are: Allianz Insurance Company of Egypt and Allianz Life Insurance Company of Egypt.
