Alliance Assurances concluded the 2024 financial year with a turnover of 6.258 billion DZD (45.8 million USD), marking a 7% increase compared to the 5.851 billion DZD (43.4 million USD) recorded at the end of 2023.
Net result rose by 16% to 526.2 million DZD (3.9 million USD), against 439.9 million DZD (3.3 million USD) a year earlier.
In light of these results, the Algerian insurer has announced its decision to distribute a dividend of 35 DZD (0.3 USD) per share for 2024, up from the 30 DZD (0.2 USD) distributed in 2023. The dividend will be paid by no later than 30 September 2025.
During the Combined General Meeting held on 5 June 2025, shareholders approved a 50% increase in the company’s share capital. As a result, capital was raised from 3.529 billion DZD (26.7 million USD) to 5.293 billion DZD (40.1 million USD). This increase was executed through the capitalization of reserves and the issuance of 4 643 609 new shares, each with a nominal value of 380 DZD (2.9 USD).
