Alkhaleej Takaful Insurance to sell its stake in Bahrain National Life

Alkhaleej Takaful Insurance has signed an agreement with Bahrain National Holding (BNH) to sell its 25% stake in Bahrain National Life (BNL).

The transaction is valued at 3 million BHD (7.9 million USD) and is subject to the approval of the relevant authorities.

This stake was acquired by Alkhaleej Takaful Insurance in 2008 for 21.454 million QAR (5.8 million USD).
