The supervisory authorities overseeing the insurance sector have approved the reduction by half of Al Ahlia Insurance capital which will drop from 320 million down to 160 million SAR (85 to 43 million USD). The number of securities will also be divided by two to reach 16 million units.
This decision is now suspended pending the shareholder’s agreement and the due progress of procedures.
