Activa Guinée launches its new My Activa application

My Activa is now available for download on Play Store and App Store. Activa Guinée's new mobile app allows users to remotely underwrite a wide range of products, including motor, personal accident, home and travel insurance. The same app can also be used to report losses and track the progress of claims in real time.

The launch of My Activa is in line with a strategy aimed at strengthening the Guinean insurer's distribution channels and improving customer satisfaction.

The application has already proved its worth in Cameroon, the Democratic Republic of Congo and Côte d'Ivoire.
