Achmea considers selling its life insurance portfolio

According to sources familiar with the matter, Achmea is considering the possible sale of its life insurance portfolio.

The Dutch insurer is said to have instructed JP Morgan to evaluate the various options for the transaction which is valued at 3 billion EUR (3.2 billion USD).
