ACAPS reveals its new three-year strategic plan

The Supervisory Authority of Insurance and Social Welfare (ACAPS) has released its new strategic plan for the period 2024-2026.

The roadmap is based on five strategic priorities, namely:

• improving protection for policyholders, beneficiaries of insurance contracts, and members and affiliates of social welfare organizations
• developing the insurance market's organization and conduct, and ensuring the resilience of players as well as financial stability
• promoting the sector's digital transformation and supporting its sustainability
• contributing to the implementation of initiatives aimed at expanding social protection and pension reforms
• serving as an innovative, agile and attractive authority, fully integrated into the digital age and open to its national and international environment
