The Abraaj group withdraws from UAP Holdings' capital

The international investor Abraaj group has confirmed the sale of all of its interests in the pan-African non life insurer UAP Holdings. The group sold all its shares, that is 13.6% stake in UAP's capital to the London company Old Mutual.
