La Marocaine Vie introduces new measures for its customers
Following the outbreak of the coronavirus, La Marocaine Vie has adopted a series of measures for its clients:
- Upon request, the policyholders may benefit from a three-month deferral of health and pension premiums, including the maintenance of the guarantees covered during the deferral period.
- The policyholders may benefit from a three-month suspension of scheduled payments on their savings product.
- The medical and pharmaceutical procedures related to COVID-19 will be covered in accordance with the measures announced by the Moroccan Federation of Insurance and Reinsurance Companies (FMSAR).
- Requests for compensation and health coverage will be handled via the following e-mail address: sehha [dot] lmv [at] socgen [dot] com.
- Extension of the deadline for sending sickness files from three to six months.
- Requests for savings/pension contributions will be processed online (ventilationcotis [dot] retraite [at] socgen [dot] com).
- All requests for services will be answered via the e-mail address demanderachat [dot] lmv [at] socgen [dot] com.
- On-going customer service at relationclient [dot] lmv [at] socgen [dot] com.
