AM Best confirms Trust Re's rating

AM Best has confirmed the financial soundness rating of A- (excellent) granted to Trust International Insurance & Reinsurance Company. AM Best has justified this rating by the preservation of the capital – risk ratio at a sound level. The capital level remains stable with 194 million USD. Trust Re is likely to make positive results similar to 2009 (14 million USD) with a loss ratio comprised between 60% and 65% (63% in 2009). Trust Re is operating mainly in fire and energy insurance in the Arab world, Africa and Asia.
