Allianz Africa cedes a number of its subsidiaries to SUNU group

SUNUAs mentioned in Atlas Magazine on November 14th, 2018, the rapprochement between Allianz Africa and SUNU has taken place.

The German giant has ceded its Benin (non-life), Burkina Faso (life and non-life), Mali (non-life) and Togo (non-life) subsidiaries to SUNU. The agreement was ratified by the contracting parties on the 29th of April, 2019. The aforementioned subsidiaries will henceforth be renamed SUNU Assurances.

These operations are yet to be legalized by the authorities of the countries in question.
