The “Société Nationale des Assurances” (SAA) has recently signed an insurance convention with the CNEP (Caisse Nationale d'Epargne et de Prévoyance). According to the agreement, the beneficiaries of a real estate credit granted by the CNEP must underwrite a life insurance with the SAA.
