Générale Assistance, Tunisia’s leading provider of motor assistance, has launched GA Proximity, a digital platform specializing in the management of personal and home assistance services.
Developed in partnership with the Japanese company MICS, the solution is designed for individuals, insurance companies, businesses, Tunisian residents, and the Tunisian diaspora.
Initially, GA Proximity will provide assistance to people experiencing total or partial loss of mobility, such as individuals recovering from hospitalization, dependent persons, and the elderly as well as anyone requiring support with daily living.
The range of services will subsequently be expanded to include home assistance solutions such as plumbing, electrical repairs, locksmith services, glazing, gardening, and other household maintenance services.
The platform allows users to sign up for services online, track requests and interventions in real time, and manage all services from Tunisia and abroad.
This initiative is part of Générale Assistance’s innovation and diversification strategy.
