Sukoon completes acquisition of Chubb portfolio in the United Arab Emirates

Sukoon has finalized the acquisition of the life insurance portfolio of Chubb Tempest Life Reinsurance (Bermuda) in the United Arab Emirates.

The two companies signed an agreement for a potential deal in August 2023.

The transaction was approved by the relevant authorities, notably the Central Bank of the United Arab Emirates and the Bermuda Monetary Authority.
