Stagnation of the sector

The report issued at the 4th Insurance Forum on November 28 and 29, 2005 has pinpointed the stagnant situation of the national insurance sector: the poor return on the invested capitals, the lack of staff training and absence of control procedures, so many pitfalls for the next insurance law restructuring program to deal with.
