New insurance cover for expats in Saudi Arabia

The Saudi Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development and the Insurance Authority are introducing an insurance coverage plan for expatriates working in the private sector in Saudi Arabia.

The solution provides a cover up to six months of unpaid wages, as well as a plane ticket for those wishing to return to their country of origin.

The new product was launched on 6 October 2024. This initiative is designed to foster a better working environment.
