Munich Re: H1 2025 results

Munich Re has published its final results for the first half of 2025.

Net profit reached 3.178 billion EUR (3.723 billion USD), down 14.4% compared to the same period in 2024.

Insurance revenue increased by 1.89% to 30.586 billion EUR (35.83 billion USD).

ERGO, Munich Re's direct insurance subsidiary, generated 10.706 billion EUR (12.543 billion USD) in premiums, accounting for 35% of insurance revenue.

Munich Re reported a quarterly net result of 2.2 billion EUR (3.74 billion USD) at end-June 2025, marking a 30.2% increase year-on-year.
