Key highlights from the 14th International Takaful Insurance Summit

The 14^th International Takaful Insurance Summit was held in London from 30 June to 2 July 2026.

The opening day featured a masterclass on "Takaful Lloyd's Syndicates, AI, Blockchain & IoT Innovation," exploring how emerging technologies are reshaping Islamic insurance.

The second day focused on a range of strategic topics, including Lloyd's role in advancing the takaful industry, regulatory developments, and cyber risk management. Participants also examined case studies highlighting the experiences of Pakistan and Malaysia.

The summit concluded with sessions on social protection, global progress in the takaful industry, climate-related risks, and sustainability.
