CIMA, taxation of insurance premiums

The training and information seminar held in Libreville to debate the taxation of the premiums ceded in reinsurance by three of the fourteen Cima countries gathered fiscal administrations and national insurance departments of Cima and of Fanaf. The participants reminded the fiscal authorities in the countries concerned that the decision of the council of ministers dated September 28, 2009 implied that no more taxes are applied on these premiums.
