Asia Capital Re is opening branch in Dubai

Asia Capital Re has inaugurated a new branch in Dubai on April 1, 2013, the second entity held by the Singaporean reinsurer outside their country of origin in addition to that of Hong Kong. Rainer Lehner was appointed head of the new entity. Asia Capital Re will underwrite facultatives and treaties in most classes of business from Dubai. Specialized services such as financial reinsurance, risk management or actuarial studies will also be provided to customers.
