The acquisition of the remaining 34% takes of the Russian insurer NASTA

Zurich Financial Services Group has announced the acquisition of the remaining 34% takes of the Russian insurer NASTA Insurance Company for the sum of 205 million USD. Henceforth fully controlled by ZFS, the company has been baptized Zurich Retail Insurance Ltd.
