AXA Egypt plans to expand its microinsurance [4] activities to support small and micro enterprises. The Egyptian insurer's development strategy is based on four main pillars:- establishing a stand-alone microinsurance company
- increasing the number of corporate clients
- expanding partnerships with online payment companies
- offering microinsurance products tailored to consumers' needs
AXA Egypt currently provides microinsurance services to 800 000 clients. The insurer expects to reach 1 million clients by the end of 2022.
