Jul 2015 The ministry of transport and communications held a meeting with the Palestinian Insurance Federation in early June. This gathering was designed to explore opportunities for the delivery of motor insurance policies upon the purchase of a vehicle.
The discussions should lead to the establishment of efficient data exchange methods so that any vehicle can be insured even before obtaining license plate.
The turnover of the motor market which reached 100.5 million USD in 2014, has improved by 8% in comparison with the previous year.
