Health and pension insurance, Axa is targeting companies with fewer than 50 employees

Axa Algeria is offering two new health insurance and pension products designed for companies with a workforce of less than 50 employees. Named “Protection Confort” and “Protection Premium”, these products provide a respective reimbursement rate of 60% and 80% of actual medical expenses incurred.

The third party payer is included in the services. Regarding pension plan, capital funds of 1 and 2 million DZD (12 870 and 25 740 USD) are integrated into the different schemes. The family is covered against sickness, death and disabling injuries of the insured employee. Social benefits such as a marriage premium or allowance of birth of a child are included in the contracts.
