XL Re Europe is reorganising

The Bermudan group is reorganising. The new reinsurance company XL Re Europe Ltd., run by David Watson, has its head office in Dublin (Ireland). The French site of the Mans will become a branch managed by Philippe Rochais. Another branch is operational in London.
