Willis Towers Watson to sell its stakes in Miller

Willis Towers WatsonWillis Towers Watson sold its entire 85% stake in the capital of the British broker Miller, expert in large corporate risks and reinsurance.

The British private equity firm Cinven and the Singaporean investment fund GIC signed an agreement with the brokerage firm for the buyout of the entity.

The amount of the transaction was not disclosed. Initially scheduled for early 2020 and postponed due to the pandemic, the transaction is expected to be completed in H1 2021.

In March 2020, the broker Aon acquired Willis Towers Watson for 30 billion USD.
