The company has launched a vast customer loyalty scheme backed up by a big communication campaign. RMA-Wataniya offers its customers a loyalty card with marks scored upon each underwriting. The scheme has proved to be a success story among the commercial network and the insured. So far, the company has issued 50 000 loyalty cards.
