Poulina finalizes the acquisition of 34% of BH Assurance’ capital

BH AssuranceOn 31 March 2021, the Poulina group finalized the acquisition of 34% of the capital of BH Assurance.

Such an operation, allows the holding to become the second largest shareholder of the Tunisian insurer after BH Bank.
