Jacques Le Pape, new Chairman of the Board of Directors of CCR

At its meeting held on 4 May 2021, the Board of Directors of the Caisse Centrale de Réassurance (CCR) appointed Jacques Le Pape as the new Chairman of the group' s Board of Directors. He will replace Pierre Blayau, whose term of office is due to expire.

A graduate of the Ecole Normale Supérieure, Ulm, Paris and of the Institute of Actuaries, J. Le Pape also holds degrees in quantum physics and economics.

He began his career in 1990 at the Prudential Supervision and Resolution Authority (ACPR).

After holding several positions at the Inspectorate General of Finance and the Treasury Department, J. Le Pape worked as a consultant in several ministerial cabinets between 2002 and 2011. In 2013, he joined Air France-KLM as Secretary General.

From 2016 to date, J. Le Pape chairs the supervisory board of the Hellenic Corporation of Assets and Participations. He is also an associate member at Barber Hauler Capital Advisers since 2020.
