Dar Al Takaful in negotiations for the acquisition of Noor Takaful

Dar Al Takaful has entered into negotiations with Noor Investment Group and Noor Bank for the acquisition of 100% of both Noor Takaful General and Noor Takaful Family.

The transaction, whose financial terms have not been disclosed, would be finalised by July 2020. However, it remains subject to approval of shareholders and the Emirati insurance market’s regulators. Upon completion of the transaction, the insurance contracts underwritten by Noor Takaful, Noor Takaful General and Dar Al Takaful will remain unchanged.
