COMAR Assurances cedes its share in SIMPAR

comar logoOn 7 February 2020, the Compagnie Méditerranéenne d’Assurances et de Réassurances (COMAR Assurances) ceded its 5.91% share in the capital of the real estate company SIMPAR. The transaction was valued at 2.7 million TND (952 610 USD).

The shares were bought by the investment companies SOIVM-SICAF and Sicar, two subsidiaries of BNA Bank. It should be noted that SIMPAR ended the 2018 year with a net loss of 864 776 TND (305 109 USD). As at 30 June 2019, the company's deficit amounted to -849 787 TND (-299 820 USD).
