Former Vice Secretary General of the company, Lotfi Ben Hadj Kacem has been promoted as COMAR's Secretary General. Lotfi Ben Hadj Kacem is also Hayett's Deputy General Manager.

Abdelkader Ferchichi has been nominated in charge of COMAR's reinsurance, under the supervision of Lotfi Ben Hadj Kacem.
