ADB injects 9 million USD in Zep Re

The African Development Bank (ADB) approved in late February in Tunis, the granting of 9 094 389 USD to the reinsurer Zep Re. This contribution, in the form of a capital increase, enables ADB to hold a 15% participation in the company. This phase of recapitalization is the first of a series whose ultimate goal is to increase the capital of the Kenyan reinsurer at 47 million USD, that is, an increase of 27.4%.
