Tunis Re has announced a capital increase

Tunis Re has increased its share capital by 30 million TND (20.2 million USD) through the issuance of 6 million new shares to be fully paid up in cash. The Tunisian reinsurer who announced this increase during its last board of directors meeting, held on December 16, 2011, will raise its capital to 75 million TND (50.5 million USD).
