Shareholders’ pact between Groupama and Star renewed

Groupama has renewed partnership with Star for a new two-year period, remaining the reference shareholder for the Tunisian insurer. On his last visit to Tunis, the deputy general manager of the French group, Christian Collin, was received by Alaya Bettaieb, secretary of State for the ministry of investment and international cooperation, by Hafedh Gharbi, chairman of the general insurance committee and by Lassaad Zarrouk, Star’s CEO. C. Collin reiterated their will to keep Tunisia within Groupama’s development strategy. He underlined his group’s continued support for the improvement of various technical and commercial competencies of Tunisia’s number one insurer.
