SCOR group: appointment of Denis Kessler's successor as Chief Executive Officer

At its meeting held on 16 December 2020, SCOR's Board of Directors designated Benoît Ribadeau-Dumas to succeed Denis Kessler as the Group's Chief Executive Officer (CEO). D. Kessler will leave his position as CEO in 2021. However, he will remain Chairman of the Group.

B. Ribadeau-Dumas will join the French reinsurer on 1 January 2021 as Deputy CEO and member of the Executive Committee. He will be appointed Chief Executive Officer at the company's General Assembly in 2022.

Prior to this appointment, B. Ribadeau-Dumas was Chief of Staff to the French Prime Minister, Edouard Philippe.
